Meet the Team

Dr. Justin Cromwell grew up watching dentistry done right. His father spent decades as a small-town dentist who truly cared about his patients’ needs and lives. Inspired by his example, Dr. Cromwell continues this legacy of care that knows you by name and is genuinely invested in your life. He founded Cromwell Dental Care on the belief that every patient should feel heard, valued, and empowered by their dentist.

An Ohio native, Dr. Cromwell attended The Ohio State University for his undergraduate degree and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the OSU College of Dentistry. He invests in advanced training in modern technology and has completed the Biomet 3i Implant Surgery program.

Dr. Cromwell values education not only for himself, but also for his patients. He goes the extra mile to clearly explain and illustrate all treatment options, offering honest recommendations. You’re in the driver’s seat for your care. He’s here to empower you with the knowledge and understanding you need because you know what’s best for your smile.

From northwest Ohio, Dr. Conley grew up alongside her brother, Dr. Cromwell, watching their father dedicate himself to helping others through dentistry. Continuing the family tradition, she serves every patient with compassion, kindness, and true understanding.

Dr. Conley graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Marietta College, where she played four years of varsity volleyball. She was even inducted into the athletic hall of fame. Continuing her pursuit of dentistry, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Outside the office, Dr. Conley lives a vibrant life with her husband, their three kids, and their two dogs. You might find her cheering from the soccer or football sidelines, planning their next family trip, or curled up with a good book.

Dr. Katie Kreinbrink knew she wanted to be a dentist from a young age. Growing up in Findlay, OH, she saw the role her small-town dentist played in their community — the trust they built, the lives they touched, and the difference genuine care can make. She brings that kind of care to patients of all ages at Cromwell Dental Care. Building real relationships and healthy smiles is why she loves dentistry so much.

Attending The Ohio State University, Dr. Kreinbrink graduated with her undergraduate degree in exercise science and was a four-year member of the Ohio State cheerleading team. She went on to the OSU College of Dentistry to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and follow her dreams of dentistry.

Dr. Kreinbrink made her home in Columbus and loves spending time with the ones she loves most, including her fiancé. She’s happiest when going on a run, working out, or trying a new coffee shop.
